Payments where applicable must be made for the entire 9 week course in the form of cash or cheques (made payable to Birmingham FA).
On receipt of your booking form the FA Tesco Skills Programme Team Leader will confirm your place and provide you with further information of what to bring etc.
Refunds will not be given in the event that you are unable to attend any part of the course. Payments can be transferred to another course if due to injury or illness you are unable to attend 50% of the course dates.
