Birmingham County FA are committed to assisting and supporting the development of young leaders and volunteers across the region.
We have three programmes specifically targeting young leaders and volunteers
Football Futures
The aim of the Birmingham County Football Association (BCFA) 'Football Futures' programme is to support a selected number Young Leaders as they look to gain invaluable experience and knowledge through volunteering their time to work in football.
This can be achieved through volunteer placements at local Charter Standard Clubs, working at School Sports Partnership based Events and supporting BCFA run events.
Aspire2
Aspire2 is the pinnacle of the young leaders programme at Birmingham County FA providing support and volunteering opportunities to 20 young leaders.
Club Coach mentoring Scheme
The Club Coach Mentoring scheme aims to create a mentoring scheme in each Charter Standard Development and Community Club across the Birmingham County FA region encouraging Clubs to run comprehensive in-service training for their coaches.
If you would like any further information on any of these programmes or if you would like to set up your own club volunteering or young leader scheme please contact Claire Mulvenna on Claire.mulvenna@birminghamfa.com or on 0121 357 4278.
