This is an exciting new project where the F.A can reward young leaders aged 14 to 19 years old for volunteering in football. The main aim of the programme is to develop a future generation of leaders and volunteers who have the knowledge and experience to make a positive contribution to local sporting communities. The secondary aim is to create links between schools, that deliver leadership courses, and Charter Standard Clubs that offer young leaders with the opportunity to volunteer within their local community.

Also, through taking part in the programme there may be the opportunity for young leaders to attend the National F.A Training Camp and potentially be selected to volunteer abroad for the F.A.
