Birmingham FA launches Organisation Accreditation Scheme

    •

Birmingham FA has launched a voluntary accreditation scheme for Coaching Organisations working within our County boundary. By working in partnership with coaching providers within the County, this will ensure that appropriate, fun and safe football sessions are available for participants.

Our accredited coaching providers strive to offer the same service that we aim to deliver as the County FA: ‘Football for All’. This is adhered to by the acceptance of a series of minimum criteria that each coaching organisation must abide by. In return, we offer appropriate support such as marketing and promotion, assistance from BCFA staff and importantly, sustainable exit routes for participants as well as volunteer opportunities through our Football Futures Pathway.

The accreditation marks allow parents to know that their child is in an environment that meets BCFA recommended standards. This allows them to have the peace of mind that their child is in a safe learning environment.
