Vacancy: Course Administrator


We are looking to recruit a full-time Course Administrator (£15,000 per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Birmingham County Football Association. We are requesting applications for a highly motivated team player to support the delivery of and provide high quality administrative support to the Birmingham County FA’s Education Programme.

The new recruit will report direct to the Football Development Manager and will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration support of coach education department.

The role responsibilities will be:

  • To provide high level administrative support to the delivery of Course Education (use of excel, word, power point and relevant coach education systems). 
  •  To ensure that all calls to the Football Development department are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets. To have full knowledge of the IT infrastructure to support the customer experience including Whole Game System, Learner Management System (LMS), Participant, SMARTPAY, and Zendesk.
  • To utilise the Learner Management System (LMS) to upload courses and learner details; including taking payments.
  • To demonstrate the required Company behaviours
  • To prepare all course documentation (registers, tutor pack and relevant paperwork).
  • To prepare the resources required for the courses.
  • To liaise with partners: FA, Tutors, Venues, Funding partner and complete any relevant documentation
  • Work flexibly across the CFA to support all business functions as and when required by the Senior Management Team
