URGENT PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
The Birmingham County FA and other County FA's are experiencing an issue with a small amount of payments not showing on Whole Game System (WGS).
We have made the FA aware and they are investigating the issue as a priority.
Therefore, at this moment in time and in a few instances, we are unable to receipt and close some discipline cases, especially any payments made via mobile phones, tablets or via apps in the last seven days.
Rest assured payments have been received but the FA payment systems are not syncing and the limited information that we receive from online payments sent from iPhone/Android phones is not sufficient for us to cross check and attribute to cases which currently remain ‘open.'
If Clubs are in any doubt or if cases have not been cleared on the Whole Game System when payments have been made then please contact the BCFA at your earliest convenience with the case number(s), amount paid, payment method, card number and the name of the player(s) involved which will allow us to manually cross reference against the payment details that we have received.
We apologise profusely for the additional administration, time and inconvenience this will cause until the FA can rectify the situation for everyone’s benefit.
The majority of payments are fine and are being cross referenced and closed as ‘paid.' However, we want players to play and be safe in the knowledge that they are free from suspension and felt the need to inform clubs and leagues of the situation and ask that you double check your WGS portal.
We will of course keep you notified as and when the issue has been resolved.
