On Sunday 8th December, Round 6 of The FA National Futsal Series will be hosted at the University of Wolverhampton, Walsall Campus, in Birmingham.

This event will see all eight of the Tier 1 teams face each other in four fixtures spread across the day, with Birmingham-based Team United Birmingham Futsal in action.

What is The FA National Futsal Series?

Introduced in September 2019, the National Futsal Series signified the start of an exciting new chapter for Futsal in England, following the launch of the first-ever Futsal strategy in 2018.

The league is played as a central venue model with all teams hosting two fixture rounds, giving them the opportunity to welcome teams and spectators from all over their region.

What has happened so far?

In Tier 1, London Helvecia Futsal Club lead the way having won all five of their opening fixtures. They are closely followed by ProFutsal London Futsal and Loughborough Students Futsal Club who are both on 12 points.

Worcester Futsal Club and Kent United Futsal are winless and currently sit at the bottom of the table.

Team United Birmingham Futsal currently sit in fifth having won two, drawn one and lost two of their matches so far in the competition.

10:30am: London Helvecia Futsal Club v Loughborough Students Futsal Club

12:40pm: Worcester Futsal Club v Bolton Futsal Club

2:50pm: ProFutsal London Futsal v Team United Birmingham Futsal

5:00pm: Kent United Futsal Club v Manchester Futsal Club

How can I attend?

As previously mentioned, this event will be hosted at the University of Wolverhampton (Walsall Campus), WS1 3EZ. Starting at 10am, a one-day pass can be purchased for £5. There are also ticket deals for families, children and students who wish to attend.
