Birmingham FA Customer Support Officer Vacancy

We are currently on the look out for a Customer Support Officer: £15,000 per annum + benefits

We are requesting applications for a highly motivated team player to support the general administration, operations and customer support areas of the business. 

The successful applicant should be personable, have good people skills and an excellent phone manner, have a proven track record of providing consistently high levels of customer service and have experience of working with Microsoft software applications. All successful candidates will undertake an enhanced CRC check.
