UEFA U17 CHAMPIONSHIPS: HOW TO GET INVOLVED
2018 U17 European Championships: how to get involved
Tickets are now on sale
England will proudly host the UEFA European Under-17 Championship in May 2018.
The tournament is a unique opportunity for your club to see the next Pogba, Rooney or Ronaldo on your very own doorstep and we know the Midlands and Yorkshire will give the 16 competing teams a warm welcome.
It takes place between Friday 4th May and Sunday 20th May, across 10 match days at six venues: Rotherham United, Chesterfield, Burton Albion, Walsall, St. George’s Park and Loughborough University.
England will play in the opening fixture at Chesterfield FC on Friday 4th May, with subsequent group games at Walsall FC on Monday 7th May and Rotherham United on Thursday 10th May.
For supporters in the Birmingham FA county, this is a brilliant opportunity as we have matches on our doorstep at Burton Albion and Walsall.
On the back of recent success across our development teams, including England Under-17s and England Under-20s both winning World Cups in 2017 – the tournament presents a fantastic opportunity to inspire and capture the imagination of young people across the region.
What’s more, there are a range of opportunities for clubs to get involved in the tournament.
Firstly, all clubs can claim up to ten free tickets per team for each fixture. Additional tickets start from just £2 for children and £4 for adults.
This offer applies to every tournament fixture, with clubs being able to claim this offer for every tournament fixture.
