A fantastic opportunity for disabled female footballers is set to get underway in February in the form of the Female Football Series, which will see five County FAs come together to provide opportunities for adult female players aged 16 and above.
Birmingham County FA is hosting the first round of matches at Aston Villa’s Academy Building on Saturday 15 February, whilst Sheffield & Hallamshire FA, West Riding FA, Leicestershire & Rutland County FA and Staffordshire FA will host subsequent rounds in 2020.
There will be two divisions spilt into Silver and Bronze categories, corresponding to the mobility and understanding of players within each team.
