Club Affiliation Guidance

As per FA regulations, all teams and league must affiliate in order to play competitive and recognised league football, and participate in County Cup matches.

Club Affiliation for the 2017-18 season will be available from Wednesday 3rd May 2017. All Clubs who complete their affiliation including the following details will receive a Top Notch 20% discount from their Affiliation fee:

Requirements for a Top Notch Discount:

  • Portal application submitted
  • Principle Club Officers and Coaches detailed
  • All Team(s) details fully completed
  • County Cup entry fully completed
  • Personal Accident Insurance to be fully representative of the application to which it relates

Please note a 20% discount on the Club Affiliation fee will be refunded upon the successful completion of the above before midnight on Sunday 28th May 2017.

All Club Affiliations must be processed online though the Whole Game System portal, using the Club Secretary's FAN number and password.
