How can we encourage more women to become coaches?
Is there more support I can gain as a female coach?
Are female coaches better able to encourage women and girls to be active?

These are just some of the questions up for discussion at the Birmingham FA Female Coach Support event, which takes place at Birmingham FA HQ on 6th October, as part as the initiative to support and develop female coaches in the game. 

There will be the opportunity on the day to discuss your experiences coaching and also hear from experienced experts in the field of coaching, share success stories and agree practical next steps to support your coaching career.
