REGISTER TO PLAY IN THE 2020 BUSINESS LEAGUE
The Business League is back for 2020 and we are encouraging businesses from across the County to sign up to this flexible-football offer running from February to October.
After a successful 2019 campaign, we have continued to develop the Business League as it enters its fifth season by introducing a Friendly Division where businesses can turn up and play for fun on a more casual basis.
Once again there will be a North, South, East and West Division, so businesses can be placed in a league that geographically suits them, whilst the final with take place St. George’s Park.
Find out more about the Business League below, including information on why your business should enter in 2020.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE BUSINESS LEAGUE?
The format of the Business League is flexible, but you must decide with the opposition before your fixture. You can either play 7, 9 or 11-a-side for any amount of time between 50 and 90 minutes.
In 2019 the Business League became a mixed-adult League, resulting in male and female participants being able to play together. We are delighted to announce that this will continue in 2020.
A new introduction for 2020 is our Friendly Division, which will allow organisations to experience the competition element without the commitment of having to fulfil fixtures.
HOW OFTEN DO MATCHES take place?
Fixtures are monthly, with the teams involved having the flexibility to decide when and where it takes place.
