Birmingham County Football Association is seeking to appoint a Football Administrator to work across our discipline department who has a passion for grassroots football to join our high performing team.
You will be the main point of contact for calls and emails to the Customer Service centre, whilst assisting and arranging personal/non-personal hearings, administering match-based discipline and log serious cases.
The successful candidate will:
• Be responsible for providing immediate support to our customer groups that include clubs, leagues, volunteers, match officials, coaches and players.
• Be part of a highly motivated team in order to support the administration, football operations, football development and customer excellence at Birmingham County FA.
• Support the teams to deliver the annual Operation Plan and FA KPI’s and wider business objectives.
• Utilise FA Administrative Systems to administer initiatives and data.
