The Second Round draw for the Birmingham County FA Joel Richards Memorial Cup 2023/24 has been confirmed. The Cup is named in memory of former Birmingham County FA Referee, Joel Richards.

The Cup is for youth teams at U18 level that play midweek and are in the FA Youth Cup. 

Fixtures are due to take place week commencing 13th November 2023.
